Specify the access control for your PDF document.

Q5

Secure your PDF document with a password? This cannot be done with the built-in PDF printer namely Microsoft Print to PDF on Windows 11. However, you can easily encrypt your PDF document with password protection. Even if you do not wish to password protect your PDF document, you can still set a Permissions Password and specify the permissions you want to grant to your readers, who open your PDF document.
